CUP PROSTHESIS
o achieve better hearing after incus replacement surgery, the ossicle-cup prosthesis is introduced. This prosthesis incorporates part of a Teflon Robinson's stapes prosthesis into the body of an incus. The ossicle-cup prosthesis has a dynamic joint with the stapes capitulum, as well as a variable height above the stapes. Preliminary hearing results of 45 cases show air-bone gap closure of 67% within 10 dB and 98% within 20 dB.

MEGERIAN NITINOL SRP
The Megerian Stapes Replacement Prothesis is a heat activated, nitinol stapes replacement prosthesis. The piston features 6 tapered nitinol arms that follow the natural contour of the incus. With this unique design, the surgeon can adapt the SRP for use with a necrosed incus. The Megerian SRP ranges in lengths from 4.00mm to 5.00mm in quarter millimeter increments.

The Eclipse Malleus Piston is a heat activated, nitinol shape memory middle ear prosthesis. It features an offset axis of 15°, corresponding to the natural relationship between the malleus and stapes footplate. The loop is fashioned to accommodate the unique oval and anterior angled shape of the malleus.
